"Our ambition is to develop an internationally renowned shipping economy!" This is how Patrick Baraona, Manager of the PACA SEA Cluster, summarizes the objectives of the Sea competitive cluster. And considering that the sea covers 70% of the world's surface and is the source of 25% of the world's energy resources and 25% of its biological resources, the ambition seems reasonable. Particularly because the PACA region has many resources! And 8 000 regional jobs are at stake
