SIL International Logistics and Material Handling Exhibition, Barcelona

For all professionals of the logistics sector doing business in the Mediterranean basin, the importance of attending the SIL in Barcelona has become self-evident. The exhibition, which each year boasts enviable result, has become a reference event, the 2009 edition having attracted representatives from 66 countries with € 2.1bn worth of business being negotiated.
For the 4 days of this the 12th edition, Barcelona will become the meeting place for all the component branches of the logistics sector. Whatever their role in the logistics chain, upstream, downstream or reverse logistics, both major transport companies and smaller-scale businesses will be able to take advantage of this spotlight.
More than 50,000 visitors will have the opportunity to meet the 600 exhibitors from all over the world attending this annual get-together. 
A regular attendee, Provence Promotion is once again sharing a stand with the PRIDES1-certified PACA Logistics Cluster to showcase both the vitality of the logistics sector locally and the advantages our region has to offer.
Together with the Marseille-Fos Port Authority, attending for the first time on the same stand, Provence Promotion will be promoting the logistics solutions provided by the Bouches-du-Rhône not only in terms of infrastructure and equipment but also from the legal standpoint with regard to the new regulations in force.
