Provence Promotion Business Development Mission to US West

Silicon Valley, symbol today of the “American Dream”, needs no introduction.

However, it would be wrong to assume that the U.S. microelectronics market is confined solely to the area around San Francisco and the city of San José. In the state of Colorado, home to many major R&D centers and start-ups spawned from universities such as Boulder or Colorado State, semiconductors have become the number one export commodity.

Supported by its American partner Colorado Silicon Network, Provence Promotion has set up a number of targeted business meetings with microelectronics and software companies in Denver due to take place from June 27 thru July 1.

The aim of this business development mission out west is to take the message of Provence’s potential to the sector’s major players and to identify opportunities for partnerships with companies in the semiconductor industry in Provence.
