Its objective: extending its support to companies in the South of France
With the wind of increased company digitization at its stern, Manao Consulting is landing in Marseille! The young Parisian small business specializes in consulting and integration of solutions from Salesforce, the world leader in cloud-based customer relationship management.
Since September 2020, Serge Ferreira has been at the helm, tasked with charting a course to new digital CRM projects in the South.
Guided by Provence Promotion for locating their offices, Manao Consulting eventually decided to drop anchor with Now Coworking Marseille on the Old Port to offer its services. Julien Benharros and Abdellah Boussaidi, the two founders of Manao Consulting, would like to gradually expand the new entity.
Two partners, former Salesforce employees, founded Manao Consulting in Paris in 2018.
With this project, they are quickly enabling their customers to benefit from their combined expertise and knowledge of the Salesforce platform, to become a trusted provider and attain “Silver consulting partner” status, issued by the publisher in November 2019.
After two years’ growth, the company has 26 ultra-certified consultants. In all, 104 Salesforce certifications demonstrate the technical skills mastered by the Manao Consulting team. They will be renewed regularly, and others will be obtained as products evolve.
Thanks to this global vision, success is on the horizon. Manao Consulting leads projects for many clients, including Doctolib, Pylones, Laforêt Immobilier, etc. and reported sales of €1.5 million in 2020. In February 2020, the company won the Salesforce “Rookie of the year” trophy, inspired by pro sports awards handed out to the best first-year players. Thanks to its dazzling progress, it finds itself rubbing elbows with major companies like Deloitte and IBM.
For 2021, Manao Consulting’s ambition is to conquer the South! Serge Ferreira, working out of Marseille, is tasked with developing the customer portfolio. “Aix-Marseille offers a dynamic ecosystem for our electronic customer relations management services. Our wide range of skillsets can adapt to the diverse local economic fabric and we have a great reputation for doing just that,” affirms Serge Ferreira, a specialist in strategy and integrating Salesforce solutions.
Following several site tours in the area with Provence Promotion, the management of Manao Consulting chose to base its offices at Now Coworking Marseille, facing the Old Port. Serge Ferreira began operations in September 2020, and hired the first local employee.
“Manao Consulting would like to develop while prioritizing geographic proximity to our clients. When we respond to a set of specifications, we form a single team to provide our recommendations, but we then must be in direct contact with the client in order to provide optimal service,” Serge Ferreira explains, based on his experience in project support.
Strategy in the cloud, data security, managing different distribution channels, optimizing products already in place, regardless of the customer relationship management project, its size, or its business sector, the team will mobilize to meet the company’s needs to the extent possible. Some large-scale missions require embedding one or more consultants at the client’s site for several months.
“Our ambition is to expand the Marseille team to 5 employees. With our confirmed methodology and our approach, the company strategy is to radiate throughout the South,” Serge Ferreira concludes, seeing good development prospects in the future.
