The imminent inauguration of the Sky Center at the top of La Marseillaise tower

Following the official inauguration of La Marseillaise tower on October 25, 2018, it is now time to inaugurate the much-anticipated Sky Center La Marseillaise, the high-end business and events center located at its very top, that is to say at an altitude of nearly 135 meters. Standing at the heart of this new symbol of modernity - designed by the famous architect Jean Nouvel - the World Trade Center Marseille Provence, presided by Paul Chaffard, thus completes its offer in a remarkable fashion and following a €3 million investment. The venue, which spans two floors, offers breathtaking views. The experience of this incredible panorama overlooking the sea, the city and the hills is undeniably one of the strongest advantages for showcasing businesses and the attractiveness of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis.

After the 2017 makeover of its city center locations at the Old Port, the World Trade Center Marseille Provence renewed itself and launched the marketing of the Sky Center, which opened on January 2, 2019, on the 29th and 30th floors of the Tour Marseillaise.

A prestigious location which underwent construction work and where the furnishings were selected in keeping with Jean Nouvel's contemporary colors and architecture.

Its purpose is to host businesses and to become an emblematic location at the heart of the Euroméditerranée business district. Offering high-end services and showcasing the territory's attractiveness, the Sky Center will officially be inaugurated on January 28, 2019.

The Sky Center, a unique environment for hosting businesses

Sitting next to the CMA-CGM tower, and near the very top of this second coastal high-rise, the Sky Center stands apart by its location.

Its 900 m2 space if fully customizable and can be adapted to any type of professional event: board meetings, executive committees, hosting delegations and also business conferences or seminars for up to 250 attendees. At night, the reception configuration can host up to 500 guests.

Ideal for showcasing your business, brand or products, the Sky Center is also a space for showcasing the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis and its vibrant economy, culture and tourism activity. "A great tool for economic development players and to which Provence Promotion collaborated", adds Paul Chaffard. Video, testimonials and visual animations will drive the desire to invest in the territory.

Office and coworking spaces

On the 29th floor, the Sky Center has dedicated 1,300 m2 to ultra-modern offices spaces. Design, connectivity and equipment: everything has been conceived to meet today's business needs.

You can choose from a broad range of services ranging from traditional secretarial management to setting-up multi-point video conferencing with technical support.

While a large number of spaces appear to have firm commitments, there still exist opportunities for developing businesses or for preparatory teams currently setting-up on the territory.
