9th ILSI-Biomed Israel

From June 14 to 16, the David InterContinental Hotel in Tel-Aviv will be hosting the ILSI-Biomed Israel 2010, an event aimed at all professionals from the health and biotechnology industry, and more specifically the medical devices sector in which Israel excels. The ILSI-Biomed is acknowledged as the largest professional biotechnology event organized outside the USA.
The world biotechnology industry’s posting -despite the crisis- of unprecedented net profits of almost € 3 bn (cf. latest report by Ernst & Young entitled “Beyond Borders: Global Biotechnology 2010”) places the exhibition in a particularly favorable environment with regard to business exchanges.
It’s at the Dan Panorama Hotel’s Convention Center, in the dedicated space set aside for business meetings, that the best opportunities for investment and partnerships are expected to emerge.
Note that several companies and organizations will be setting themselves the task of presenting their activity in 20 minutes. This also should provide a glimpse of the biotechnology scene in Israel and an opportunity to pick out the companies likely to expand overseas.
