"Talent is no longer obliged to go through the capital."
The IT consulting company and digital solutions integrator, eFrontech, has just opened its Southeast branch in Marseille. Managed by Gaël Lazzaroni, it is the company’s first establishment in the region. The dynamics of Aix-Marseille as well as the support of Provence Promotion have allowed eFrontech to take the plunge and quickly realize its will to regionalize. After providing aid in finding a location, the economic development agency organized HR rounds for eFrontech to facilitate recruitment. A team of about 20 people will be set up within 2 years.
At its headquarters in Levallois-Perret, eFrontech passed the 100 employees mark this summer.
The company, managed by Edith Letournel, is specialized in the integration of digital solutions for customer relations and data intelligence. For 22 years, eFrontech has gained the trust of its customers to support the improvement of their commercial performance to the satisfaction of their customers and the management of their activity, all thanks to a team of certified consultants.
For their first location in the region, eFrontech chose the south of France and the city of Marseille. This expansion could be realized thanks to the dynamics of the territory.
Gaël Lazzaroni, a native of Marseille, oversees the new South-East branch and is happy about this return to his roots, "Since quarantine, everything seems to converge on Marseille. The city is finally being recognized for its true value. With the movement of regionalization of companies, we are convinced that we need to gain proximity with clients and also future candidates. It was the right time to set up in Marseille" he says.
Arriving in May 2022, eFrontech is relying on its expertise in tourism, industry, services, education and the transportation sectors that are well represented in Aix-Marseille to conquer new markets. Two contracts have already been signed with major companies in the cosmetics and local transport sectors.
To help him set up and find premises, Gaël Lazzaroni asked Provence Promotion for assistance via the agency's website, "The team was very reactive. We were contacted within 24 hours. We received proposals corresponding to our needs and we were quickly received for visits" explains Gaël Lazzaroni.
The scalable offer of private offices within the coworking/coliving site of The Babel Community République, was selected. Gaël Lazzaroni and Zakia Benyettou, Senior Consultant and Recruitment Manager for the Marseille-based agency, fell in love with it. Charmed by the atmosphere that reigns there as much as by its location in the city center near public transport and the La Joliette business district, their first recruits, 3 consultants on permanent contracts and 1 alternating year student, work there.
As part of its free and confidential support, Provence Promotion has put eFrontech in touch with employment agencies, schools and training centers to facilitate recruitment. By the end of 2023, the goal of the Southeast branch is to have a team of about twenty employee consultants.
"I'm delighted to create positions in Aix-Marseille and to enable young graduates to avoid an expatriation to Paris in order to find a job at the cutting edge of new technologies," explains Gaël Lazzaroni, who is looking for both experienced professionals and beginners, "While technical skills are of course important, human qualities also play a major role," he adds.
As a partner of 3 main CRM leaders (Salesforce, Microsoft and Oracle), the consultants with a high technical level are required to manage projects for both large accounts and SMEs that are going digital.
In 2022, eFrontech's turnover will exceed 12M€, which is an expected increase of 18% compared to 2021. The company, with its numerous projects, also intervenes on behalf of its customers abroad in Spain, Romania, Portugal and many more.
