Official inauguration of the INCOPLEX Green SUD startup "green" accelerator

A new location in Marseille to develop solutions for the future

Greentech-oriented start-ups now have their accelerator in Marseille. INCOPLEX Green SUD, which has been present in the area since April, is opening its offices in the Pôle Média de la Belle de Mai on Monday 16 December 2019 at 4pm. At the heart of this entrepreneurial and creative environment, 14 project developers are already benefiting from its support programme in brand new premises. Provence Promotion, which has helped this structure to establish itself in the region, invites you to discover their environmental projects and to meet, on the occasion of this inauguration, stakeholders involved in the ecological transition and the circular economy.

From walls to cushions to chair seats, green is everywhere at INCOPLEX Green SUD. A colour that reflects the projects that are all developed there in favour of ecology and a better future for our planet.

Currently, 14 startups benefit from tailor-made support for the deployment of their projects. They are working on clean energy, recycling, responsible consumption, biodiversity... aware of the changes needed to make our ways of running more sustainable. And the ideas of the new generation are not lacking!

The inauguration of the premises will be an opportunity to showcase their projects and inform participants about the upcoming promotion of this new accelerator in the local landscape of entrepreneurship and the solidarity economy supported by the Provence Alpes-Côte d'Azur South Region and Total Regional Development.

INCOPLEX Green SUD has received support from Provence Promotion for its establishment in Marseille. First guided in his real estate search, Romain Guitet was quickly put in touch with many economic players in Aix-Marseille-Provence. Support for this former Parisian senior executive who came to Marseille to create and manage the structure for the South of France.  "Provence Promotion gave me valuable contacts to get to know me quickly and source projects".

INCOPLEX, an international program that has been proven over the past 10 years

Thanks to the INCO.org association, the INCOPLEX program is free for 9 months without any participation. It is supported by a global network that supports more than 500 project leaders around the world every year.

"Our programs are deployed in 35 countries. The selection criteria are well defined and we generally give ourselves two months to study the applications, exchange and organise meetings," explains Romain Guitet. Then, the project leaders are closely monitored. They can contact specialists in innovation, financing, communication, design, etc... 50 experts who are part of INCO Network. In the end, 85% of accelerated companies take off within 3 years.

Additional co-working and hosting services are offered by INCOPLEX Green SUD, which plans to recruit 10 jobs within 3 years.
