Provence Promotion Attending ENOVA in Paris

The Enova show, being held in Paris from September 16 to 18, brings together experts from industry and R&D in five sectors in which technological innovation plays a major part: electronics, software, high-frequency technologies, measurement and optics/photonics.
For Provence Promotion, that is what makes this event so important. It is precisely at this intersection of industry and innovative technologies that new and exciting business projects are born. 

The Marseille-Provence aera has a great deal to offer in terms of project hosting, for example the Hôtel Technoptic at the heart of Château Gombert Technology Park or the Provence Micro-Electronics Center sited at the Ecole des Mines in Gardanne, which enable entrepreneurs to develop technologies in premises specially designed to optimize their performance.

Part of the wider Henri Fabre regional economic development project, other specialized sites include the new Floricity building at the Florides Urban Development Zone for business working with the aeronautics industry. Outlets for the innovations are manifold in the Bouches-du-Rhône, home to major prime contractors such as Airbus Helicopters, Snecma-Safran, Gemalto and STMicrolectronics.

A good number of SMEs also work on collaborative innovative projects, in particular with the competitive clusters (Pôle Mer Méditerranée, Optitec, Pôle SCS…) and research laboratories (Marseille Astrophysics Laboratory, Fresnel Institute, CINaM…) or pooled resource technical platforms (Inovsys, CIM Paca, Cerimed…).
